A 6-week, in-person childbirth preparation course for couples that blends evidence-based education with mind-body practices like mindfulness and Breathwork. Perfect for anyone seeking a grounded, modern approach to birth — one that honors both science and self-trust in equal measure.
You’ll learn how to meet the intensity of labor with confidence, connection, and calm, no matter your birth plan.
We encourage weekly attendance and a daily mindfulness practice for both you and your partner — but like labor, life is unpredictable. Show up as you are. Do your best. That’s enough.
This course is best suited for individuals in their second or third trimester. We plan to offer three sessions per year to help align with your due date. If you're still in your first trimester, keep us in mind and check back for upcoming rounds.
