The Birth Class
A super helpful childbirth course for couples to prepare your nervous system and relationship for incredible transformation.
Evidence based ™️
-
In this course, we practice the skill of being present with whatever arises—without judgment.
Add a little lovingkindness + patience + trust, and you’ve got a powerful recipe for navigating whatever birth brings your way. ✨
Heads up: daily mindfulness practice is an expectation of this course
-
This class uses the technology of the breath to influence how we feel in the body and relate to the present moment. We learn to relate to our breath as a powerful ally during times of transformation, unknown, and intensity.
Whether you need grounding, focus, or an energy reset — there’s a breath for that!
-
This class will guide you into deeper connection with your body through movement that’s intuitive, grounding, and fully your own.
Some practices are slow and grounding, while others intentionally activate the nervous system (ie. make you sweat!) — giving you the chance to practice staying present and connected to your breath in the midst of intensity.
-
Did you know? Pregnancy and early parenting are one of the best times to learn new skills because your brain is already changing (hello, matrescence 👋🏻).
This class will help you build lasting pathways for connection, present-moment awareness, and responding to life in alignment with your values. Skills we know you’ll use long after birth!
-
Both in your relationship with your partner and with the other super rad couples signed up for the class!
We love seeing the connections that form over 6-weeks together.
-
We use ice in class to safely simulate intense physical sensation and give ourselves a chance to practice staying with the breath, softening the body, and meeting challenge head on.
-
The Birth Class is designed for couples, and open to all support people. Whether you’re bringing a partner, a trusted friend, or your doula, you’re welcome here.
Watching someone you love move through intensity can be overwhelming.
That’s why we teach partners and support people how to stay grounded, regulate their own nervous system, and hold steady, compassionate space—no matter what birth brings.
-
