The Birth Class is non-denominational. We believe there is no “right” way to have a baby or parent your kiddos; only your way. Together, we practice tools to nourish your mind, body and nervous system for wherever and however your birth unfolds. We turn up the volume on your values and intuition so you can make choices that are best for you and your family — moment by moment.
The Birth Class combines movement, mindfulness, breathwork and real-world birth education into a class that leaves you feeling hopeful, connected, powerful and embodied. You might get sweaty, let out some primal screams and get deeper into your body than ever before. Trust us, you’ve never seen another birth class like this!
Our goal is to help you have an incredible birth no matter what! Even if it doesn’t look like how you imagined it would. Rather than clinging to an idea of how birth should go, you’ll develop the skills to be with it as it is. This is the heart of our work — and the essential teaching of The Birth Class.
Come see for yourself. Sign up for our next course. All bodies, all birth plans welcome.

Partners will learn practical tools like how to offer physical support, guided breath, and most importantly, how to stay grounded when their loved one is in pain.
Birth can be intense, emotional, and unpredictable — having a partner who feels prepared and confident can make all the difference.

While The Birth Class is not a replacement for therapy, our focus on mindfulness, Breathwork, and mind-body awareness can be deeply healing and empowering as you prepare to give birth again.

We understand that life happens. While we encourage attending all sessions to get the full experience, missing a class doesn’t mean you’ll fall behind.
We provide recaps, take-home resources, and guided practices so you can stay connected to the material even if you need to miss a week. If you know in advance you’ll miss a session, just let us know — we’ll make sure you’re supported.
