Intentional breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping your body shift from tension to calm, from reactivity to response.
Whether you need grounding, focus, or an energy reset, breath is always available.In The Birth Class, we teach you how to work with your breath as a tool for resilience—not just in labor, but in life.

Sofia brings her professional dance background to guide you into deeper connection with your body—through movement that’s intuitive, grounding, and fully your own.
Some practices are slow and grounding, while others intentionally activate the nervous system (ie. make you sweat!) — giving you the chance to practice staying present and connected to your breath in the midst of intensity.
